After a delayed flight from Austria - WQED-FM's Jim Cunnigham checks in from the passport line at Heathrow Airport in London!   We hear from the Grafenegg Festival Artistic Director Rudolf Buchbinder, as well as from Manfred Honeck and his brother Rainer, who was the soloist in the Mozart Violin Concerto No. 3 in the Orchestra's Friday night Grafenegg Festival concert.

Morning Report from Grafenegg Austria - Aug 31, 2017

A busy day for the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra as they traveled by bus from Salzburg to Grafenegg today.  And tonight they'll perform at the Grafenegg Festival in a concert featuring works by Mahler, Beethoven and Dvorak.  WQED-FM's Jim Cunningham reports live from the Austrian city to talk about the days plans.  Plus, you'll hear from some members of the PSO Brass section from Salzburg who talk about their Salzberg Festival performance.
